INTERNSHIPS

Thank you for your interest in joining our team!

Webster Cantrell Youth Advocacy loves to host interns! Whether you are looking for an internship for your education or to build your resume (or both), we can help. Please review the below information regarding requirements for intern applicants and the steps to become an intern at our organization.

Requirements

All potential applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years of age*

  • Have a valid driver's license, insurance, and good driving record*

  • No felonies or other major offenses

  • Be able to pass the background check and screening process

  • Position specific requirements

 

The background check and screening process includes applicants:

  • Completing and passing a drug screen

  • Being officially fingerprinted

  • Having a background check completed

  • Completing our Orientation

  • Completing any position specific trainings

Becoming an Intern

  1. Contact our Human Resources Officer

  2. Discuss what you are searching for from an internship

  3. Undergo an interview with a supervisor from the department you will potentially become an intern in

  4. Complete paperwork, applications, and forms as needed

  5. Wait to hear back from us
