INTACT PROGRAM

Intact Services are intensive services that are tailored to a family’s particular crisis. Families are referred by DCFS to prevent children from coming into the foster care system.

COUNSELING SERVICES

Our counseling services provide specialized counseling and case management to children, adolscents, adults, and their families to address mental health issues.

WEBSTER'S GROUP HOME FOR GIRLS / GGH

Webster’s Group Home for Girls provides the structure, treatment, education, and counseling to assist traumatized females ages 12-18.

HILLTOP YOUTH SHELTER​

This crisis shelter is a temporary shelter for boys and girls ages 12-17. Intended to begin re-building family connections to avoid future runaways, lock-outs, and/or youth homelessness.

FOSTER CARE PROGRAM

There are times when difficult circumstances prevent children from living with their parents.We provide a variety of Foster Care services that are tailored to each child's unique situation.

ADOPTION PROGRAM

Sometimes returning a child home to their parents is not an option. This is when we look to our Adoption program. We are committed to achieving permanency in a child's life.

EXTENDED FAMILY SUPPORT PROGRAM

Services offered to homes that are not open DCFS cases but are relative placements that require intervention to maintain the placement.

VISITATION PROGRAM​

Service provided to DCFS clients who are working towards reunification with their children who have been removed from the household due to abuse and/or neglect.

ADVOCACY PROGRAM

This program provides intensive one-on-one services to youth referred by DCFS. Some of these services include mentoring, role modeling, and social skills building.

FAMILY HABILITATION PROGRAM

Provides advocacy and in-home support for families referred by DCFS to ensure adequate care and supervision of children.

TRANSPARENTING

This is a program designed to lessen the traumatic effects of divorce on children. Divorcing parents of children who are minors in Macon County are required to attend.

PARENTING​ EDUCATION

These classes assist parents in bonding, as well as understanding their children. This class helps parents develop skills to encourage, motivate, and empathize with their child, and much more.

FAMILY ADVOCATE / SARs

This program provides intensive in-home services for abused and neglected children and their families. This DHS/DFI funded 6-9 month contract serves Intact families in order to prevent out-of-home placements.

YOUTH HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Case management program designed for adolescents who are at risk of becoming homeless upon emancipation from DCFS.

COMMUNITY ACCESS

Community ACCESS is to keep high-risk juveniles in the community while keeping the community safe through positive connections and restorative justice.

COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY BASED YOUTH SERVICES​

 

24 hour services offered to youth who are locked out or run away from their homes, including: community based assessment, counseling, and case management.

NORM​AN HOUSING ADVOCACY

Housing advocacy services assist clients in obtaining and/or maintaining stable housing.
