ABOUT US

Our Merge

Webster Cantrell Youth Advocacy is the result of Decatur non-profits Webster-Cantrell Hall and Youth Advocate merging together. Under the guidance of CEO Michael Warner, the two agencies have decided to join forces to share resources and work together to make a difference in the lives of children, youth, and families of Central Illinois and surrounding areas. While we are in the midst of change, one thing continues to remain the same across our organization - the desire to help children, youth, adults, and families in their time of need.

Our Mission

The mission of Webster Cantrell Youth Advocacy is to serve at-risk youth and families through a wide range of strength-based, trauma informed services. We believe that children best develop into productive adults in a supportive, physically and emotionally safe permanent home, and that a family represents the most desirable home environment. Our professional services facilitate family preservation and self-sufficiency.

A Full-Service Agency that is Fully Accredited & Certified

We are reviewed by the Council on Accreditation (COA) on a regular basis to receive re-accreditation. The accreditation process is designed to identify providers that have set high performance standards for themselves and have made a commitment to their clients to deliver the highest quality services. COA recognizes Webster Cantrell Youth Advocacy as one of these outstanding providers. The Council on Accreditation partners with human service organizations worldwide to improve service delivery outcomes by developing, applying, and promoting accreditation standards.

Webster Cantrell Youth Advocacy is also fully certified by Medicaid.

Webster Cantrell Youth Advocacy is a United Way of Decatur & Mid-Illinois partner.
